Install .NET Framework 3.5 under Windows 8 / Windows 2012 (offline)

Download Windows 8 .NET Framework 3.5 Offline Installation.cmd

Put your windows 8 DVD into DVD rom.

Execute cmd file with "administrator" permission



You can use follow command to install,too.

DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:d:\sources\sxs

d: is your DVD-rom letter.
